By buying any of our products or services, you have agreed and accepted that you have fully understood all the terms of service before buying our products or before joining our service.

4.Regarding "AGI EA V.1.1", we sell the EA which needs to be used in personal trading accounts for individuals or corporate trading accounts for companies and the user of our services must not use the trades or his/her MT4 account statement for marketing purposes for other products and services. He/she must not share any of his MT4 account trade history to anyone privately or publicly failing which may lead to immediate termination of all services to the user and no further service requests from the user will be accepted. He must not publicly publish his/her account in any forex account publishing platforms or forums etc failing which we may stop all future customer support and future updates to the client effective immediately. Because the results will be misleading since the EA trades independently in each account and so by publishing the results in public forum accessible publicly, it might mislead other users regarding EA performance.

5.Following point 4, we don't give any guarantee on future performance of our robot named "AGI EA V.1.1" in any MT4 account whoever buys the EA. The EA runs independently in each MT4 account and makes trading decisions based on past MT4 trade history and hence, it is not possible to duplicate results from one MT4 account to another MT4 account by using the same EA with same settings. By purchasing the EA, you have fully understood and accepted that the results may significantly vary in each MT4 account compared to any other MT4 account published by us and also, it can vary significantly between 2 MT4 accounts even while using same settings of the EA.

6.Following point 5, all the results published in various places and websites are only hypothetical and actual performance of the EA named "AGI EA V.1.1" may vary significantly in EA user's account compared to our performance published publicly. By buying our product or service, you have agreed and accepted that you have fully understood all the above terms of service before joining our service. The same is applicable for our FUND MANAGEMENT service as well.

7.Following point 6, for our FUND MANAGEMENT service, we run multiple master MT4 accounts using the FULL VERSION of our EA in multiple currency pairs as high as 28 pairs and we copy the trades from the best performing master MT4 account to investor's MT4 account based on investor's risk tolerance levels, starting MT4 account balance, MT4 account parameters and description provided by the investor. The final performance in the investor's MT4 account may vary significantly and it is not way related and it can't never be compared to our publicly available myfxbook performance of our EA.

8.We sell the EA named "AGI EA V.1.1" to be used only in specific MT4 accounts which we have given license. In case, any EA buyer tries to misuse or abuse our products or services directly or indirectly in anyway through reselling or rebranding our own products for his/her products or services like signal service or selling his own EA using our EA results etc, then we will immediately stop all services, customer support and future updates of the EA and everything else to the client effective immediately without any prior notice.

9. Also, if we notice any of our EA users trying to publish or link the results of our EA named "AGI EA V.1.1" in third party websites or software other than MT4 terminal for any reason or anyway tries to cause harm or damage to our business directly or indirectly, then we will immediately stop all services, customer support and future updates of the EA and everything else to the client effective immediately without any prior notice.

10.Following above point 8, if any of our existing EA users of our EA named "AGI EA V.1.1" tries to cause loss or damage to our business by posting negative reviews in any public forum or social media websites or privately or publicly in anyway and if we notice any such activity, then we will immediately stop all services, customer support, pending services and future updates of the EA and everything else to the client effective immediately without any prior notice. Because as mentioned in multiple places, the EA trades independently in each account and so any review positive or negative will be misleading to the client who is planning to buy our products or services and we don't entertain or tolerate any such activity of misleading our future clients.

11.All most all of the above "Terms of Service" are also applicable for our FUND MANAGEMENT service about misuse or abuse of our service. The client or investor under our FUND MANAGEMENT service must not try to misuse or abuse our trades via trade copy or reselling via signal service etc. The FUND MANAGEMENT service is provided only for a specific MT4 account which will be under our control for trading and if the investor tries to copy the same trades to multiple accounts either via MT4 or via any other platforms, then we will stop providing all services to the investor immediately without any further notice.

12.Regarding the EA named "MuZero Forex EA", we don't provide any guarantee on future performance of the algo or the MT4 EA and the amount paid for the EA is a one time cost only towards the programming cost and for delivering the basic or standard implementation of the EA in MQL4 which uses a similar algo like MuZero, but not exact MuZero algo. Backtesting results don't guarantee the same performance in forward testing results in real live trading accounts. By buying this product named "MuZero Forex EA", you have agreed and accepted that you have fully understood this and all the terms of service before buying the product.

13.Following point no.11, regarding the EA named "MuZero Forex EA", you will receive the MQL4 code for the EA as displayed on our backtesting results videos on our website. This is a one time cost and any additional support cost will be charged extra and also, we don't provide any guarantee to provide future support since we are providing you complete MQL4 source code along with description and so any MQL4 programmer can handle the code.

14. Following point no.12, regarding the EA named "MuZero Forex EA", we will provide a total 1 MONTH of FREE customer support from the date of payment during the time of sending the MQL4 code, running training in your server and running backtest of the MT4 EA and to provide explanation and usage of the EA. Any further customer support charges can be discussed and settled via email.

15.Refund Policy: We don't have any refund policy and all payments are final. We don't provide refunds to any client under any circumstances after receiving the payment for any of our products or services.

16.We don't give any guarantee about the accuracy or functionality of any of the products or services sold through our website. The products or services and their features may vary from time to time depending on the time of purchase or payment. In no event shall our team, EA developers, service providers, employees and agents be liable for any damages, liability, claims, expenses and costs, incurred by you as a result of your use of our products or services.

17.You agree to protect and fully compensate our team from any and all third party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs, including, but not limited to, full attorney fees, caused by or arising from your use or misuse or abuse of our product or services directly or indirectly.
