3.We are providing all our products or services solely as a part of software service or software consultancy service on MT4 platform and we don't provide any financial advice or financial service and we don't give any guarantee whatsoever to duplicate the results of any other MT4 account linked to our products or services or website or backtesting results etc. There is  no guarantee whatsoever about whether our system will be profitable at all or not for your account under FUND MANAGEMENT both in short term or long term and all returns are only expected or calculated returns and nothing is a future guaranteed return. By buying any of our products or services, you have agreed and accepted that you have fully understood all the terms of service before buying our products or before joining our service.

4. Also, if we notice any of our FUND MANAGEMENT client is trying to publish or link the results of our services in third party websites or software other than MT4 terminal for any reason or anyway tries to cause harm or damage to our business directly or indirectly, then we will immediately stop all services, customer support and everything else to the client effective immediately without any prior notice.

5.Following above point 4, if any of our existing FUND MANAGEMENT client tries to cause loss or damage to our business by posting negative reviews in any public forum or social media websites or privately or publicly in anyway and if we notice any such activity, then we will immediately stop all services, customer support, pending services  and everything else to the client effective immediately without any prior notice.

5.The FUND MANAGEMENT service is provided only for a specific MT4 account which will be under our control for trading and if the investor tries to copy the same trades to multiple accounts either via MT4 or via any other platforms, then we will stop providing all services to the investor immediately without any further notice. Stopping the service due to the suspicion of trade copy decision is solely taken by our trading team based on our observation and it is not mandatory for us to have proofs and so our decision will be final. We may give some initial warnings about the same before cancelling the service if we suspect the same.

6.In FUND MANAGEMENT, if the investor chooses a forex broker of his choice which doesn't allow us to make reasonable profit in the MT4 account by repeated price manipulation or very high spreads or affiliate commissions or due to any other reason and the investor insists to continue to use the same forex broker, then after a few months of trading and observation we may decide to cancel the contract and stop providing FUND MANAGEMENT services to the investor permanently without any refund of the initial "Joining Fees" after giving a initial notice period.

7.In FUND MANAGEMENT, the investor must not interfere with any open trades at any given point in time and if losses occur due to premature closure of trades from the investor side, then we are not liable for such losses. Also, if the investor continues to interfere with open trades resulting in net loss or very little profit not suitable for profit sharing for more than a month or more continuously or if the profit sharing are inconsistent and if the investor continues to interfere with trades even after giving a few warnings from our side, then we reserve the right to cancel the contract and stop providing our FUND MANAGEMENT service permanently without any refund of the initial "Joining Fees".

8.In the same way if the investor("You") repeatedly change the MT4 account balance or ask us to change the risk % set in the investor MT4 account due to which account results in net loss in long term which doesn't make it suitable for profit sharing and keeps the account in net loss overall in long term, then after a few months of observation if the account continues to make losses and if we have to run the account without any profit sharing, then we may decide to cancel the contract and stop providing FUND MANAGEMENT services to the investor permanently without any refund of your initial "Joining Fees" after giving a initial notice period.

9.In FUND MANAGEMENT, the investor must maintain a consistent or higher account balance always during the regular trading period from the time of starting of the trading in the MT4 account. The investor must not withdraw any funds during high floating drawdown which may result in automatic closure of all trades in the trade copier and we are not liable for any such losses arising due to mistake or action taken from the investor side. This is a violation of terms which may result in termination of the FUND MANAGEMENT contract without any refund of the initial "Joining Fees".

10.The investor is free to withdraw any amount from his MT4 account during our regular weekly profit sharing when the drawdown in the MT4 account is reasonable and account is in net profit. The investor must not withdraw any amount after a major loss which will end our service agreement, we reserve the right to cancel the FUND MANAGEMENT contract without any refund of the initial "Joining Fees" immediately.​​​​

11.In FUND MANAGEMENT,  it is important to understand that we as forex traders don't control the forex markets and we only control the trading algo. At the same time, we don't adjust the algo to meet the expectations of any particular investor at anytime. So there might be time periods when the forex markets can be completely unsuitable for our trading algo to make profit in anyway and so we reserve the right to pause trading for an indefinite period of time with or without giving any notice. So in case any investor makes the payment for "Joining Fees", we are not bound to start trading immediately even though our usual time period to start trading is between 1 to 2 weeks from the time of receipt of payment for the "Joining Fees". Before joining our FUND MANAGEMENT service and before making the payment of the "Joining Fees", you have fully understood and agreed with the same.

12.In FUND MANAGEMENT, we reserve the right to adjust the algo partly or fully as per the changing forex market conditions from time to time and we are no way bound to meet the expectations of the investors to trade in specific way or generate a specific return % or any such things. So the investor fully understands and agrees before joining our service and in case if the investor decides to cancel the agreement, then, he/she will not get any refund of the "Joining Fees" as part of our "NO REFUND POLICY".

13.The client must not share the results of our performance with anyone until and unless a written confirmation given by us via email for any specific reason. If the user of our EA or FUND MANAGEMENT client shares the account results with anyone, then we will be forced to stop all our customer support and everything else effective immediately.

14.Note that in FUND MANAGEMENT we don't treat each account differently in a specific manner for profit sharing calculations or in any other way to meet investor requirements. Our weekly profit sharing calculations are done strictly and completely based on final settled closed profit and loss reflected on MT4 statement irrespective of floating drawdown % and floating equity. You must agree and fully understand that before we start trading in your account. We will not manually close trades in any account for profit sharing purpose and asking to do so may result in termination of service agreement without any refund of the "Joining Fees".

15.REFUND POLICY: We don't have any refund policy and all payments are final. We don't provide any refunds to any client under any circumstances after receiving the payment for any of our products or services.

16.We don't give any guarantee about the accuracy or functionality of any of the products or services sold through our website. The products or services and their features may vary from time to time depending on the time of purchase or payment. In no event shall our team, EA developers, service providers, employees and agents be liable for any damages, liability, claims, expenses, losses and costs, incurred by you as a result of your use of our products or services.

17.You agree to protect and fully compensate our team from any and all third party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs, including, but not limited to, full attorney fees, caused by or arising from your use or misuse or abuse of our product or services directly or indirectly.
